2. Purpose These GTC define the conditions applicable to orders and sales of products made on the Trakoo site. Any order placed on the site implies acceptance of these GTC.

3. Products The products offered for sale are presented with their main characteristics and information. Trakoo strives to provide descriptions and photographs that are as accurate as possible. Slight differences may, however, exist between the photographs presented on the site and the product received. Products are offered subject to availability.

4. Price Product prices are indicated in euros and according to the applicable tax conditions. The applicable price is the one displayed on the site at the time the order is validated. Any delivery costs are indicated before the final validation of the order. Trakoo reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Price changes do not apply to orders already validated.

5. Order The customer selects the products they wish to purchase and adds them to their cart. Before finalizing the order, the customer can check and correct the entered information. The order becomes final after validation and confirmation of payment. The customer is informed before validation that their order entails an obligation to pay. A confirmation e-mail may be sent to the address provided by the customer.

6. Payment Payment is made at the time the order is validated. The available payment methods are those offered on the site at the time of purchase. Payments may be processed by secure payment providers. Trakoo does not retain full credit card information used for payments.

7. Delivery Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer during the order. Applicable delivery costs and times are indicated before the order is validated. Times may vary depending on the destination, the carrier, and circumstances beyond Trakoo's control. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the order. 8. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with applicable legislation, the consumer generally has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal. Customers wishing to exercise this right must contact Trakoo at: trakoo@orthostab.fr After communicating their decision to withdraw, the customer must return the product within the applicable legal timeframe. 9. Returns and Refunds In the event of a return, the product must be returned in accordance with the conditions set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Within the framework of the right of withdrawal, the direct costs of return are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise provided by applicable provisions. When a refund is due, it is made in accordance with applicable legislation and, in principle, using the same payment method as the one used during the order.

10. Legal Warranties Products sold by Trakoo benefit from applicable legal warranties, including:

  • the legal warranty of conformity;

  • the legal warranty against hidden defects.

11. 12. Liability Trakoo commits to providing the products in accordance with the order validated by the customer. However, Trakoo cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the product or failure to comply with the instructions for use. Trakoo also cannot be held liable for temporary interruptions of the site resulting in particular from technical problems, maintenance, or events beyond its control.

13. Personal Data Personal data collected during an order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It may be used in particular to process orders, make deliveries, manage payments, respond to customer requests, and comply with legal obligations. 15. Consumer Mediation In the event of an unresolved dispute after a prior complaint to Trakoo, the consumer may, when the legal conditions are met, have free recourse to a consumer mediator. 16. Applicable Law These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law. The rules of jurisdiction applicable to consumers remain those provided for by the legislation in force.

17. Modification of the GTC Trakoo reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale to reflect changes in its services or regulations. The GTC applicable to an order are those accepted by the customer at the time of the validation of this order.
