Article 2 — Products

Trakoo offers reflective pet collars compatible with AirTag trackers (tracker not included, sold separately by Apple).

Article 3 — Pricing

Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the CGI. Trakoo reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

Article 4 — Order

Any order placed on the site implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order, via the payment methods offered on the site.

Article 6 — Delivery

Deliveries are made to France and the European Union. Indicated delivery times are approximate.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

Article 8 — Returns and Refunds

Returns must be made in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Article 10 — Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. French law is applicable.
